We didn't put my wonderful husband through culinary school for nothing! He's got mad skills and I'm not afraid to make him use them. As soon as we sharpen (haha) our recipes up and find a spot to hold our classes we will post that information. We're hoping to focus on basic knife skills, how to cook proteins correctly and with flavor, gluten-free cooking and we are certainly taking any suggestions. Corey is an amazing teacher with a wealth of knowledge and patience (he married me didn't he?) so I know this will be a wonderful experience for anyone joining us. Stay tuned!
